Definition:

Examples: programs or learning tools on audio or videotapes or CD-ROM; web and Internet products; manuals; brochures; surveys and other assessment or evaluation instruments. CECH may be claimed only once for a given product. CECH may not be claimed for revisions or improvements to a product.

Development of a Training Module or Course
Definition:
Development of an original teaching/training module or course for a student or professional audience in either an academic or training setting. CECH are awarded by the length of the planned period of instruction. Examples: a single developer of a four-hour teaching module may claim up to two CECH; a co-developer of a 40-hour training course may claim up to four CECH. CECH may be claimed only once for developing a given curriculum. CECH may not be claimed for revisions.
