Definition:
Serving as a formal mentor providing professional guidance to another professional within the same organization or in another organization. (This excludes student interns and student teachers). Activity must not be a part of day-to-day work responsibilities, and must be considered a professional growth experience. A formal letter of agreement or contract between the mentee and the mentor responsible for the training must be signed before the experience begins.

Definition:
