Certified Community Health Education Specialist Supervisor (Beaumont)

Position Summary:

Provides professional level skills in the teaching, counseling, training, and research aspects of health education programs in the community and for the institution. Provides supervision and oversight to those who provide health, wellness, and/or prevention programs.

Experience Required

Certification/Skills: Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) through National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC). Minimum Education: Master’s degree in public health, education, or health related field. Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience working with community agencies and in health related institutions. One (1) year of supervisory or teaching experience preferred. Additional Information: Position Type: Salaried / Full-Time / Exempt Pay Range: $56,200 - 70,200/year based one years of paid experience Location: Primarily supports the Beaumont, Texas area
